- As we were driving along Will said, ” I think there is an old stage stop somewhere back over there”. As the dust settled when I hauled the Jeep to a stop, we were already crossways in the road and headed back “over there”. We found this lone building fascinating. There were other obvious foundations, dips in the ground and remains of other structures. But still standing was this two-story stage stop. I wonder when it will be gone.
