- Not sure if it is true but this town claims to have the smallest Jail in the United States. I checked it out, it is small. The jail was also the site of numerous poker games hosted by the Marshall to provide a safe haven for the husbands to play. A railroad section house, a school, a hospital, drug store, and newspaper. The local ladies even got together and collected donations to build The Booster Hall. That became the site for the dance hall among sponsoring other local events. Today the town is a mix of the present and the past.
