Hoyt Colorado

I visited the cemetery while I was here and based on the number of Hoyts with a tombstone, I suspect the name of the town was easy to come by. The usual assortment of tombstones. Some Vietnam, WWII, Civil war veterans along with the heartbreaking infant deaths. One set of three tombstones have my interest and I will need to research. When I read the dates, I could only feel great sympathy for the Mom and Dad that suffered. Now the Mom stands alone. Jeffery, Joel and William. Rest in Peace.
The remains of the town are scattered along the side of the road. Some really old and some look to be mid 1900’s. Most recognizable is the community center.
